The Trip of your
choice with Upper Canyon Outfitters, Alder, Montana: The lucky winner
can choose a fully guided rifle combination hunt for elk and mule deer
in southwest Montana for two guests for the November 2008 or 2009
hunting season, or a summer vacation package for two adults and two
children at Upper Canyon Outfitters’ Montana guest ranch summer of 2008
or 2009. Both trips are five days, six nights – all inclusive.
The Hunt:
Hunting will take place in S.W. Montana for elk and mule deer. This is
a five-day, fully guided hunt with one guide for two hunters. The
hunters will stay in a private room in the lodge which is surrounded by
mountains. You will hunt by horseback at elevations 6000 – 9000 ft.
This hunt includes your meals, lodging, guide, and transportation to and
from Bozeman. The guests are responsible for the cost of the license,
transportation to Montana, taxidermy, meat processing, and gratuities.
Licenses must be applied for by March 15 of the calendar year
the hunter wishes to hunt.
Family Summer
Vacation: This offers you breath taking scenery while you are
enjoying our western hospitality. We offer horseback rides, riding
lessons, hiking tours, history tours, and meeting new friends. The
ranch is located on the banks of the Ruby River where you can catch
rainbows, browns, and grayling. In this package you will experience
fly fishing instruction, horseback riding lessons, a day of guided
walk/wade fly fishing, a day of floating fly fishing on the Madison
River, and a day of horseback riding. Lodging and meals are also
included. Not included are licenses, transportation to Montana and
gratuities.
